The twins of June

Arti and Vlera were born on June 18th, 2015, prematurely (week 32), at 1600gr and 1730gr respectively. For their mother, Naxhie Zakuti-Kadriu, this was her first birth. “I had mixed feelings, as much as I was happy for the twins, at the same time I was also really scared for their lives. We were really fortunate to have such a great medical care and the medical equipment and medications”. The adorable twins were treated with the Survanta medication, oxygen system and the CRP machine for instant blood analysis – all of these made possible by our donors.
