Our great Priam!

This is Priam, the youngest in the neonatology clinic and he is the first child of mom Vjollca. Like the name he carries he is a real fighter. He was born on February 27 th , 2017 during the 27 th week with only 1100 grams. He is still in the incubator under the care of the oxygen system.

He was treated with Survanta, a medication that stimulates the development of the lungs. The oxygen system and Survanta medication has been made possible thanks to your donations through annual events “Let’s Dance” and “Meet us halfway” in New York, and the charity shop “Teshavesha.”

For mom Vjollca, this was the first birth and she felt scared and she initially blamed herself for her baby’s premature birth. But now she feels much better when she sees that his condition is improving each day now. We hope that Priam has a long life and inherits his name as a true king.
