The ” Diaspora Dinner “, was successfully organized by the Foundation Action for Mothers and Children (AMC) and the Organization Solidar Suisse at Restaurant Eni’t, Zurich, Switzerland, on the evening of 29 September 2017. This evening was organized for the purpose of raising funds from our Diaspora for the support of mothers and children in Kosovo.

‘Tonight I address all of you, especially to my compatriots here in Switzerland: support this action, in whatever capacity you can. Our country needs help, but mostly the mothers and children” said Prof. Dr. Omer Dzemali, one of the 100 bright heads of Switzerland, at the same time the keynote speaker of the night.

The evening was further enriched with a program which had speeches and also a documentary that showed the work of the foundation done so far in Kosovo, were after that the guests continued being accompaniment by the sounds of delightful music.

‘We believe that every mother and child has the right to have a good and healthy life. We came here to meet you, to inform you about the work of our foundation that is the most transparent in Kosovo and to seek your help so we can save more lives of mothers and children in Kosovo, “said Mrika Aliu, Executive Director of AMC, at the end of the event.

The evening ended successfully thanks to event partners that were Albinfo.ch, Eurokoha, Germin and Restaurant Eni’t, as well as the new friends we met that night without which this event would not be possible.
