Liridona Makica is the CEO and founder of Spitex Dona, a healthcare company based in Switzerland. She founded Spitex Dona in 2021 and has since been dedicated to providing professional care with a strong focus on quality, empathy, and patient well-being in the Zurich and Aargau regions.
Holding a degree in nursing, Liridona brings extensive experience in healthcare services management and has built a stable and inclusive team where staff well-being and respect for patients are top priorities.
Beyond managing the company, she is committed to promoting patience, adaptability, and dedication in the healthcare field, inspiring young professionals and the wider community to pursue careers in service to others.

He is the founder of Changemaker Allies, a platform that co-creates and facilitates transformative learning experiences for change-making teams around the world. Mentor has collaborated with and supported learning and development processes for organizations and institutions such as Meta, the White House, T-Mobile, the United Nations (UN), Ashoka, and Arizona State University (ASU).
As a friend of the AMC Foundation, Mentor brings a deep appreciation for culture, community, and purpose-driven work. He is honored to support AMC’s mission and to stand alongside leaders and organizations working to build healthier and more compassionate futures for mothers, children, and communities.

Burbuqe Paçarada is an award-winning journalist and television host, recognized as a Peace Ambassador by the Universal Peace Federation and as an Ambassador of Albanian Trend for her cultural influence and leadership.
Active in the Albanian community since 1992, she has led numerous humanitarian initiative, fundraising efforts, support for the poor and vulnerable, and the organization of cultural and charitable activities that bring people together. Lida Hoxha
Lida Hoxha
Lida Hoxha has been the leader and owner of the educational institution LET Center since 2018. Under her leadership, LET Center has developed into a modern early education center in Kosovo, focused on quality, inclusivity, and the balanced academic, emotional, and social development of children.
She completed her university studies in Management and Informatics and has pursued specialized training in early childhood education, child development, and contemporary teaching methodologies, integrating this knowledge into LET Center’s institutional practices.
Beyond her leadership role, Lida Hoxha is actively engaged in promoting social values and impactful education. One of the main causes she supports is charity and social solidarity through the sustainable program “Children Celebrate and Donate for Charity,” in collaboration with Action for Mothers and Children, which for years has nurtured empathy and community responsibility among children.
A second cause focuses on children’s health and well-being, promoted through sports and educational activities such as Fun Run Kids, which connects movement, collaboration, and humanitarian causes. The third cause is environmental protection and ecological education, implemented through recycling initiatives and plastic cap collection, teaching children that small actions create lasting impact.
