Save the Date for the Fundraising Reception ‘Meet us Halfway’ in New York.

Action for Mothers and Children is organizing a philanthropic evening in New York City to raise funds for saving the lives of mothers and children in Kosovo. This charity event will be held at the prestigious Yale Club of New York City on October 16, 2018, from 18:30 to 21:00.

Fadil Berisha, Vlora Çitaku, Teuta Sahatçija and many other personalities from the business world, culture, politics and arts have confirmed their participation and support. This evening is made possible thanks to friends and board members of the Foundation who live and operate in America such as Bledar Asllani, Drin Kukaj, Mark Kosmo, Sara Shala and Valon Xharra.

Music, Networking, Cocktails and Silent Auction will be part of this evening , where during the event will perform the Albanian tenor Ramë Lahaj, who is known as a famous performer on the international opera scene. Participants in ‘Meet us Halfway’ events in the past years have been Dua Lipa, Valerie Rockefeller, Albert Stanaj.

All ticket sales will benefit Action for Mothers and Children in support of its health programs in Kosovo, specifically in: medical supplies, supporting the arrival of Survanta medication, scaling the neo-natal transportation system, expanding the services of Women’s Health Resource Centers, and Cervical Cancer Screening.
