Action for Mothers and Children returns again to New York City with a philanthropic evening to save the lives of mothers and children in Kosovo. This humanitarian evening will be held at the prestigious Yale Club of New York City on October 10th, 2019 from 19:30 to 22:00.
As always this evening will include Music, Networking, Cocktails and a Silent Auction while the keynote speaker will be the worldwide known soprano Inva Mula in the capacity of the Ambassador for the good health of mothers and children. This evening is made possible by friends and board members of the foundation living and operating in America such as Valon Xharra, Drin and Rialda Kukaj, Fadil Berisha, Elizabeth Peraj and Tess Kukaj.
All the funds raised this year will benefit Action for Mothers and Children in support of it’s health programs specifically in: medical supplies to save 300 babies in 2020, provide prenatal vitamins, amoxicillin and spirals for 700 women, educate 1,338 parents about family planning, early pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period and to help 3,600 women diagnose cervical cancer through free pap-smear testing in 2020.
