20,000 Euro donation for the completion of the delivery room for women with Covid-19

These unprecedented times find our institutions in need of various medical equipment and medicines, especially for pregnant women, a need met this time by AMC in cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo.

32 types of equipment and medicines were delivered today to the Gynecology Clinic at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo in the amount of about 20,000 Euros. All of these devices are dedicated to completing the operating room and delivery room for pregnant women infected with COVID-19.

Present at the submission of this donation were the staff of AMC, Deputy. Minister of Health Mr. Pjetër Ndou, and representatives from Raiffeisen Bank.

As in previous years, AMC continues to stand by mothers and children, trying to help the health staff with our work, who continue to do extraordinary work, even in these very difficult times for the health system “said Vlorian Molliqaj, Director Executive of the Action for Mothers and Children foundation.

Iliriana Toci, from Raiffeisen Bank Kosova on the occasion of the donation said: ” We are very happy as Raiffeisen Bank Kosova, that we continuously cooperate with the Foundation Action for Mothers and Children, that through our projects and donations to stay close to the needs of mothers and children. ”

The Director of the Gynecology Clinic, Mr. Jakup Ismajli and Mr. Pjetër Ndou, Deputy Minister of Health, expressed their happiness for this donation, and thanked AMC for the other previous donations.
