Action for Mothers and Children has released its 2025 Annual Report, showcasing a year of sustained impact in maternal and child health, even amid significant financial challenges for the NGO sector in Kosovo.
The report highlights how AMC, together with local and international partners, continued to deliver essential healthcare services, strengthen health systems and support thousands of families across Kosovo.
Among the past year’s achievements, AMC delivered more than €800,000 in medical aid to public health facilities, provided Mothers’ Classes for over 5,000 pregnant women and new parents and expanded its efforts to make modern diabetes care accessible to all children living with Type 1 diabetes.
A central theme of the report is the human impact behind the numbers. Stories of mothers and children helped by AMC programs illustrate how targeted interventions can transform daily life and bring relief to families.
