Over 24,000 Frances gatherd in the charity evening “Save a Life” in Zurich

For the fourth time in a row, the charity evening “Save Life” was held in Zurich, an evening which was organized by the organization Action for Mothers and Children with the aim of raising funds which will be used to purchase medical equipment and medicines for mothers and children in Kosovo. In this charity evening which was accompanied by dinner and music by the well-known band from Kosovo “Do not listen to your neighbors”, were present many prominent personalities from the field of health, art and representatives of various Albanian companies and businesses. who contributed by donating funds to help and support AMC programs.
AMC Executive Director Mr. Vlorian Molliqaj, thanked those present for their continued support and spoke about the role of the diaspora in radical change through philanthropy, focusing on the health system in the country. “We at AMC believe that the root of the problem needs to be addressed. We believe we need to strengthen the health system. Because with a health system where there is no lack of medical equipment and essential medicines, and where the capacities of health workers are constantly increasing, every child and every woman will be able to be treated. Regardless of economic and social conditions. “Whether you live in the countryside or in the city.” said Mr. Molliqaj in his speech. Prof. Dr. Omer Dzemali, in a keynote speech spoke about the commitment of AMC, highly appreciating the tireless work and calling for more assistance to the mission of AMC.
