Meet Us Halfway 7th edition

Join us in celebrating a decade of remarkable accomplishments by Action for Mothers and Children in Kosovo. Over the past ten years, our initiatives have made a profound impact, including the saving of over 5,000 newborn lives through the use of “Surfactant” medication and CPAP, and providing essential support to approximately 14,000 women and girls through our Cervical Cancer Screening Program, among other significant achievements.

These milestones have been made possible through the generosity of donors like you.

As we mark this momentous milestone, we are excited to introduce our latest initiative: the James Strickler Endowment Fund. Through this fund, we aim empower the next generation of healthcare professionals in Kosovo.

Through this fund, we will provide them with the resources and opportunities they need to excel, fostering partnerships and facilitating exchanges between professionals in Kosovo and Dartmouth. The goal is to create a sustainable impact on maternal and child health in Kosovo.

Your support can make a significant difference in this new chapter. By supporting this project, you are not merely donating; you are investing in a future where healthcare in Kosovo reaches new heights.

The event will be held at the Greentree Club (Address: 538 Davenport Ave, New Rochelle, NY), beginning at 20:00h. During the evening, you’ll have the pleasure of enjoying the beautiful live music performed by the family band, featuring Ernest, Arbërie, and Nora Muhaxheri.

Attendees will be treated to live music, a seated dinner featuring three main courses, and an open bar.

Together, we can continue to improve the health and well-being of mothers and children in Kosovo, shaping a brighter future for generations to come.
