Born in Albania and raised in Florence, Italy, Bledar has lived in Australia and the United States, calling New York City home since early 2010.

With over 12 years of experience in real estate and more than a decade in the hospitality industry, Bledar brings a unique blend of customer service expertise and market knowledge to his work. After starting his real estate career in January of 2012, he quickly rose from agent to Office Manager to Managing Director where he managed over 200 agents until 2018, when he transitioned exclusively to commercial real estate, focusing on leasing, sales, and business transactions for both tenants and landlords.

Bledar’s strong ties to the hospitality world continue to influence his approach to commercial real estate, applying the same high standards of client care and service. His global perspective and in-depth knowledge of New York City’s commercial landscape enable him to provide strategic, tailored solutions for his clients, whether they are securing prime commercial spaces or navigating complex business sales.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Albanian, Bledar effectively connects with a diverse range of clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with integrity and diligence.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and engaging with the vibrant culture of New York City—his favorite city in the world.
