Hana Buçinca

Hana Buçinca, PharmD, has a decade of experience across the healthcare sector, from academic institutions to the pharmaceutical industry and the public sector. Her expertise in leadership, project management, scientific research, and data analysis spans fields such as molecular pharmacology, neurotoxicology, pharmaceutical nanotechnology, and public health.

She has collaborated internationally with prestigious institutions, including Albert Einstein College of Medicine, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Dartmouth College, and Hacettepe University, with her work published in renowned peer-reviewed journals. Hana earned her degree from Hacettepe University, Turkey’s leading health sciences institution.

As a healthcare professional, Hana has been committed to improving healthcare in Kosovo. At AMC, she served as a Program Officer for Research and Quality Improvement, and later as Acting Head of the Programs Department, where she successfully designed and led national projects funded by international organizations such as UNFPA, EU, WHO, and more.

During her more than five-year tenure at AMC, her contributions were pivotal to the organization and had a significant impact on improving the health of children and mothers in Kosovo. Additionally, she has guided future healthcare professionals as a Teaching Assistant at the College of Medical Sciences – Rezonanca.
