Vlorian Molliqaj

Vlorian works as an Executive Director of Action for Mother and Children. He holds a Master Degree in Public Health Science with Health Economics from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. Prior to joining AMC, he worked for three years with sickness benefits at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in Gothenburg and at the Swedish National Institute for Institutional Care. Vlorian strives to implement projects and programs that improve the health system in Kosovo, specifically save lives and improve the health of mothers and children. Fundraising Manager
Vesa Kada

Vesa joined the foundation Action for Mothers and Children as a fundraising and events manager from January 2020. Vesa has completed her studies at the American University of Kosovo in Business and Management, afterwards following with Master studies at the European Center for Peace and Development in business administration. Vesa has more than 10 years of experience mostly in administration and sales in the private sector in the field of telecommunications infrastructure and energy, and in recent years in the pharmaceutical market. Program Officer
Albiona Beselica Beha

Albiona has completed a master's degree in health management, after graduating from the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Prishtina. Albiona has joined the Action at the end of 2014 after her work in teaching at the Medical High School "Dr. Ali Sokoli ”, in Prishtina. Albiona is the trainer and leader of the Women's Health Resource Center project. She is once a facilitator of the Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting program and the author of the book "Mother's Diary - a guide for parents' steps". Laberie Çarreti Sylejmani

Laberie studied Psychology in University of Prishtina and worked with children and parents in WHO project and Rehabilitation Centre for Tortured Victims. Laberie joined AMC team in 2017. Laberie is project coordinator of Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting and facilitator of PDEP program too. She is engaged in Woman Health Resource Center “WHRC” within AMC and she is trainer of Post- Partum Depression in Mothers Classes. Ariana Radoniqi

After graduating for master degree in Public University of Prishtina in Economics, Ariana joined Banka Kombetare Tregtare (BKT) as an Operation Bank Officer, where she worked for three years. Ariana at AMC works as Program Officer and she is responsible for the donations program. She loves accounting and finance and in her spare time she follows courses and training in those fields. Nita Deliu

Nita has completed the Master and Bachelor level in the Department of Management and Informatics in University of Prishtina. She joined AMC in December 2019 as a Program Officer. Nita has worked at the Center for Political Courage (CPC) as Project Manager where she has managed local and international cooperation projects in the field of education. Among other things, she has has been engaged as Coordinator for Kosovo of the Swiss program Regional Research Promotion Western Balkans Program (RRPP). Hana Buçinca

Hana joined the foundation Action for Mothers and Children as Program Officer in November 2018. She designs, implements and supervises projects in the public health domain that concern mothers and children wellbeing. Hana earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Pharmacy from Hacettepe University. Her skills in leadership, project management, scientific research and data analysis correspond to the experience she gained during her previous work in companies/institutions such as Excellentia Pharms in Prishtina, Kosovo Medicinal Agency (AKPPM), Molecular Pharmacology department at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-New York, Market Access department at Novartis-Istanbul, Oncology department at Hacettepe University Hospitals-Ankara and Nanotechnology in Pharmaceutical Technology department at Hacettepe University-Ankara.

K10 Coordinator
Elvanda Gojani

Elvanda Gojani joined AMC as K10 Coalition Coordinator in March 2018. As Coalition Coordinator she leads, represents externally and guides the strategic communication of K10 prominent Kosovo based NGOs working on gender, sexual and reproductive health. She also leads advocacy actions for more equitable gender policies with relevant stakeholders. She has an extensive working experience in areas related to economy, finance, interfaith dialogue and recruitment at various enterprises in the private sector, NGOs and international organizations. Elvanda holds a master degree in European Economy, Finance and Institutions from the Tor Vergata University in Rome. In her spare time Elvanda does hiking and she enjoys exploring the nature. PR & Communications Officer
Riga Demiri

Riga joined AMC in January 2020, after graduating as an honors student, in UELondon, England - as an anthropologist, specializing in Epidemiology and Forensics. Riga was a community scholarship student, a London Scholar for 3 years, and worked at venture capital firm R Group throughout her schooling. Her work experience started at an early age at the local NGO PIKS, then at BYC as a Youth Lead Officer, where Riga gained experience in project management, fundraising, public relations and teamwork. Finance Officer
Zelfije Osmani

Zelfije joined AMC from April 2018 as a Finance Officer. She studied Banks, Finance and Accounting at University of Pristina, and currently studies Master’s in the same department. She has attended various trainings such as Accounting Technician at SCAAK, and worked as an intern at RBKO. These experiences have had a salient impact in her career path as an accountant.
